What is really going on with the transfer of Hernon Crepo to Lazio - is it complete ?

Between Lazio and Parma everyhitng has been arranged, but there are still some details that need to be cleared between Lazio and the plater. For example he was 6 million dollars a year and Lazio want to pay him 5.

But the transfers is almost done, crespo is a Lazio player

yeah, things with Parma are settled, but Crespo wants 6 Million and Crag only wants to pay 4 Million Dollars, but maybe he'll bend over to 5 Million.
