lol at Inter going to PKs with a Lega Pro side. Guess lack of depth is their biggest weakness.

Inter won in the end but remain disgraced.

Fiorentina eliminated Sampforia 3:2 in another richly entertaining game - even last night's 0:0 result AET was entertaining - in Florence.

Classy posting... I would rather retain from this the incredible effort of the serie C side, which merited its applause from the San Siro crowd.
It was nice seeing a small, peripheral club hold strong and take the game to PKs vs Pordenone.

I appreciate a good troll attempt but this is just dumb trolling on your part.. A 'small, peripheral' club who won the CL this century - Same can't be said for the team you support. ;) Moreover you sure obssess a lot about the Treble, which is what the 'small, peripheral' club won and you are trying to repeat/match.

Continua a sognare. :shades:

You do boast the record for most lost finals though, well done.

Yeah, on the back of Calciopoli. I wouldn't broadcast that.

On the back of juve finally getting exposed after years of robbing everyone in Italy, yes. What's amusing about calciopoli is that even before 2006 every fan of every football club in Italy knew what was happening so calciopoli was more of an 'i told you so moment' than anything else..and to this day if a team gets a call from a referee, the chant 'come la juve' is heard.

What is even more amusing is that juventini mocked and dismissed sporting courts after the verdicts against juve - but harp on about Palazzi , a sporting prosecutor - accusing Inter - clearly not knowing the obvious difference between an accusation and a conviction. But it is highly ironic that the verdict of a sporting court does not count in the minds of juventini because it's against juve but when an accusation against Inter arises by the same sporting body, you lot make it seem that very same sporting body is the epitome of truth.. :D

are sporting courts/rules legit or not? Do their rules count or not? Take a side and stick to it. :)

I will simply quote the words of the lawyer of juve at the time, Mr. Zaccone, but was he also on Moratti's payroll too as part of the great 'conspiracy' ? :D

Lawyer: Juve deserved C Thursday 26 October, 2006

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Juventus lawyer Cesare Zaccone believes that club were fortunate to escape being demoted to Serie C for their part in Calciopoli.

The Old Lady’s board held an intense meeting in Turin this afternoon regarding the relegation of the team and their financial problems.

President Cobolli Gigli was present, as well as chief executive Jean-Claude Blanc, Zaccone and all the minor shareholders of the team.

The Bianconeri’s board was attacked by the shareholders for the club’s position in court during Calciopoli.

The shareholders believe that it was the wrong decision when they asked for Serie B, and admitted being guilty – but Zaccone clearly had a different take on things.

“Probably someone in this meeting doesn’t understand the situation we were in,” said the lawyer.

“The dossier that was given to us included so many infractions made by Luciano Moggi (pictured) and Antonio Giraudo, who were representing the club at the time.

“There wasn’t much to do considering their illegal actions, and Juventus was inevitably responding for them.

“Our situation was tragic, what could we do? We couldn’t defend Moggi or Giraudo.

“There were so many accusations against us and the obvious punishment was Serie C. So we asked for the Serie B without penalisation.”

Zaccone still thinks that Juventus made the best decision they could in the situation.

“We deserved Serie C, so being put in Serie B was a good result – we did it to make Juve survive,” he concluded.

Cobolli Gigli had little to say after the meeting, apart from offering a statement of defiance.

"I understand the shareholders, but we are trying our best to bring Juve back to the level we should be at," said the chief.
Sporting courts aside, Moggi was convicted in civil courts too. I guess those courts were also bought off. Ha.

Are you denying that CL is an obsession for juventus? Ha. It clearly is. So is the Treble. I understand that you would deny it though..but clearly you don't spend all this money to win Serie A which you are guaranteed to win due to lack of competition anyway.

Damn I was dragged to another calciopoli discussion. :D Sorry Toni, you can move the off topic posts to another calciopoli thread if you want.. :)

The OP clearly shows the obsession pav has with Inter btw. In the end we qualified, a club like Real Madrid lost 4-0 to Alcorcon a few years ago which was much worse than our result against Pordenone..

:D

Knew what was happening just like you "know" what's happening now? Like Milan game "controversy" last season where we got 1 of 3 possible PKs & Milan's goal was offside and the Bonucci still image gate from the season before? lol

It's almost 2018. You can't get away by just being biased, ignorant, in denial, and/or dumb. Prosecutor, judge, then-FIGC prez, FIGC prez after him, a whole host of people all have said the same thing.

We didn't break Article 6, you did. You can view the pdf of the "sentence" from FIGC site that says Juve didn't break Article 6, that there was no match fixing. And you can hear the audio/read the transcript of Facchetti breaking Article 6, and you can also read what the judge and prosecutor had to say about it, which you did. As for an official conviction, you got away with it because of the statute of limitations, which you also are well aware of.

Add to that, you orchestrated the whole thing and hid evidence. I won't add your other blasts from the past like Caffe Herrera. It's a long, tainted history of a small club. :D

Moggi was tried in civil courts because he went above and beyond compared to others when breaking Article 1. He was smarter, had more power and influence and used them. But it was still Article 1, just like with every other club bar Inter, who also violated Article 6. Beyond that, I don't care about Moggi.

CL is almost an obsession, treble isn't, and Inter's treble isn't lol.

Oh, but everyone sure knew. You weren't on XT back in 2004-2005 for instance, but you can go back and check the match threads where juve was involved and watch videos of that season in case you were too young back then. You certainly STOLE the league that season. That is only 1 season, there are plenty of stolen Scudetti from more than 1 club which created the animosity towards juventus - But let's focus on the season of calciopoli, the season where you robbed Milan, Roma, Chievo, Inter and Bologna among others.

As expected you failed to tackle the words of juve's lawyer, simply because you have absolutely no retort to counter that truth. The triade were corrupt, be it in sporting courts, in civil courts, anywhere. Keep living in denial and believing that Facchetti is worse than Moggi. The same Facchetti who wanted Collina to officiate an Inter-juve game in 04-05 only for Rodomonti to be assigned for the match instead - a match where Inter were denied a penalty for Adriano on Thuram. :) Did you know that? So Facchetti had 0 influence on anything. If he did then the refereeing scandals which cost Inter 2 Scudetti in 98 and 2002 would not have happened. Moggi being convicted by both sporting and civil judges indicates who was in control in that time frame, regardless of your delusions.

Long list pav, long list. Juve are not only specialists in losing CL finals, but also specialists in losing in court.

http://www.xtratime.org/forum/21466058-post42.html

Whatever happened to juve demanding back the 2 Scudetti in addition to compensation by the way? :howler: it's been a while..

You seem to be alien to the 'innocent until proven guilty' legal concept. How clueless, pav.

What the prosecution asks for isn't a verdict/conviction. Prosecutor asked for juve to be relegated to C, but the verdict didn't match.

For example the FIGC prosecution asked for Agnelli to be banned because of the tickets issue but appeals court lifted that ban and the prosecutor criticized the decision

Football Italia

In the end the 'opinion/accusation' of the prosecution meant.. shit. So do any opinions without a trial. Because even a verdict can be appealed. And in relation to those opinions from judges:

http://www.xtratime.org/forum/21463634-post34.html

There was no trial against Inter yet you assume we were guilty. Laughable. It's innocent until proven guilty not the other way around.

If the Treble isn't a juve obsession then explain the Vero Triplete celebration shirts of 2015 then.. or Tuttosport in 2017 wondering where to put the 3 patches, or the juve players who say that the club want the Treble.. all of this after Inter won it. Must be purely coincidental huh.. ;)

If Inter beating a Serie C club on penalties is a disgrace, what can we describe juve getting eliminated by a Serie C club, then? ;) :D

Coppa Italia 1983-1984: Bari in C back then knocked out juve.

camel, you can't ask class from anything or anyone associated with juventus. It's a club that celebrated winning a CL despite the death of their own fans ffs.

Class, please.. come on.

Ranocchia is not a great or even good defender, but he showed he has class as a human being at least by giving Pordenone their props.

Pordenone, Perilli svela: "Ranocchia è entrato nello spogliatoio a farci i complimenti" | Goal.com

The goalkeeper of the Pordenone spoke to the 'Gazzetta dello Sport': "The Inter players were gentlemen, they came to give us the shirts".

The article continues below
In the company that the Pordenone has touched at San Siro there is certainly a player who has stood out from the others: Simone Perilli. The goalkeeper of Colucci's team has blocked the door to all Inter attacks, dragging the match on penalties.

Today we tell the 'Gazzetta dello Sport', starting with satisfaction but also with some regrets: "It was beautiful, even if the bitterness remains in my mouth, but I leave San Siro with two penalties, with our team that is undefeated exit, with them that have had to resort to the big ones.It is a victory for us, even if we understood that we could do it ".

Perilli tells the affection of the players of Inter: "They were beautiful, all Ranocchia, from which I had the shirt, it was super, because he entered our locker room to compliment us, an authentic gentleman. proved champions also in this, they gave the shirts to us all, a memory of a wonderful night with the wonderful fans next to us ".

Wow, this coming from a fan of a club who has a captain who steals wives of his best friends... a captain who threatened to kill his own fans  Very classy indeed....

And inter were doing the same as the other clubs, but weren't punished because of the statue of limitations...

Because 6 Scudetti are not enough:

🏆Coppa Italia 2014-2015
🏆Coppa Italia 2015-2016
🏆Coppa Italia 2016-2017

Did your boyfriend pav ask for backup or what? :D

All the club officials talked to ref designators, but only 1 club was relegated to Serie B and the lawyers of that club admitted guilt. The ring leader, Moggi, was convicted in civil court hence he is officially a criminal not just someone who broke sporting rules, but worse.

Surely you are not daft enough to consider talking to a ref designator comparable to controlling ref designators, right?

Icardi was made captain to straighten him out and make him mature. Look at him now, a father who is actually looking after maxi's kids because Maxi is too cheap a low life to support his own kids. :D and of course banging goals in regularly. Buffon should know.
