Julio Cesar Leon (From Olimpia de Tegucigalpa, Honduras) has signed a 4 yr contract with newly promotted Reggina.
He was there on loan for 1 yr, but has now become a FULL time Reggina player for the next 4 Yrs.
Olimpia picked-up the hefty sum of 4.5 millions from the selling of the player .
