First of all, members list of this tournament is not impressive. And i think that boht Lokomotiv and Dynamo Kiev will play with 2nd squad. Passing years this tournament has become a "training place" for 2nd squad players for strong teams, and competition between middle class teams.

I thought that the three Baltic states were not members of CIS.

That tournament gradually dying. Archaic artificial "pitch", second (or even thirds) squads etc... This was good performance in mid-1990's.

The toughest game Skonto faces in Group C is against Pyunik
The winner of that match will win the group
:shades:
GOOD LUCK
Although I'm rooting for my team PYUNIK ALL THE WAY

Lokomotiv-Kaunas 2:0 (0:0)

Goals: Alhasiatani, Sychev

FBK Kaunas missed 2 penalty kicks. Unbelievable. I wonder what the score would be like otherwise...
