Ok, I got pretty bored here so I came to a wonderful idea to finally do something useful to the forum. :howler:
Actually, we should have done it long ago because now our "Preseason 2005" thread is full of stuff that basically has nothing to do with the preseason...
So, this thread is for ideas and discussions about the "Teams Presentation" thread. I'd ask Ary to move here the posts about it all from "Preseason" thread but I am sure she'd kill me before I could finish the sentence so I am alone with this problem here :depress: Since my abilities are rather limited I only looked through that flooded thread and picked up a couple of posts that give a more or less clear idea of what we are actually going to do.

The post that started it all

What i think we all can do:
There are 16 teams that will surely play the next season.
Loko, CSKA, Krylia, Zenit, Torpedo, Shinnik, Saturn, Spartak, FC Moscow, Rubin, Amkar, Rostov, Dynamo, Alania, Terek Grozny, Tom' Tomsk

We can make a new thread, post there a kind of presentations for the teams, close the thread and stick it to the top
for everyone could go to RF forum and read something knew for him/her

A presentation can consist:
1. Brief history, achievements, failures, successes, legendary players, dates, etc.
2. Administration, management, transfer ability, budget, training base... everything that doesn't really mean "sports"
3. Supporters
4. Head coach, formation, playing style.
5. The key players - achievements, career, NT call-ups, etc.
6. Last season overview - top scorers, best players, place, events etc.
7. News, rumours, perspectives, forecasts and all you consider necessary.

I don't think there will be any problems with known clubs
But.... can't imagine Fracky (for instance) always ready to write on Rostov (for instance again)
I can take newcomers - Terek and Tom'. And Zenit of course
So is there anybody in?

Once again this thing:

another suggestion is to arrange the teams in the order they have finished this season.
so in the subject line i write smth like "FC Lokomotiv Moscow - RPL Champions 2004"
then goes Dima's post (or whoever takes it) with the subject "CSKA - silver medals"....etc...
"Krylia Sovetov - bronze medals"
"4. (whoever goes here, i forgot...)"
so?

and on order to avoid flood no comments should be allowed on that thread, if some info isn't correct we can discuss it here...

Exactly the same. I also warned everybody, bytheway. :stuckup: So it's not my fault. But while you're looking forward to the end of exams I can only hope for retirement... :lala: :dielaugh:
