Maybe this should be a poll, maybe not..
Collina turned 45 last month and he reached "retirement" age for a referee. He will not officiate any FIFA or UEFA game from the end of this season.
It also applies to Italy, but he could continue if italian associations agree. This would be reviewed on yearly basis.
Most likely, he will become a designator, ie the person that assignes referees for the games. But if you had a choice, what would you prefer?
