it just seems to me that some of the stuff he says is ridiculous (worse than his name). does he write for football fans or people who still call it "soccer". Seriously though, it's like he's seen 4 or 5 matches in his life and writes for those who have seen 1 or 2 matches.

They are all alike in CNN/Sports Illustrated. I try to follow their tennis coverage and I find similarities. Not in the content of course but the style... Maybe they all have some sort of "directives" from the editors to keep it within some fixed standards.

Driver,we agree,but when you read a review of a specialist you expect to point out some things you had not noticed.Its no use for an "important" reporter to come out and say "Zidane is a good player" or "Overmars is fast".Mr Baddoo (gee ) wrote something that all of us could do.Now,if the guy gets paid for doing this then (a) his employers are really stupid or (b) he is stupid and he doesnt do his job properly.Thats how I feel at least...
