the penalty is debatable Babel was pulled out of the box but kept on running then pulled in the box and juped on his back, Babel did not dive. In the eyes of the law it was a penalty.

Thats just it, the pulling started like you say outside the box, but continued until he fell inside. That means it is a freekick outside the box, not a penalty. If penalties would be called where the player fell, everyone would simply keep on running then fall down just when they cross into the penalty area.

he was pulled outside the box but he continued running, until Toure runs behind him and leans/pulls him causing to lose his balance, thats a penalty but a soft penalty

Not being an Arsenal fan I can say that it's a debatable PK. What really made the difference over the 2 legs though is the PK not awarded in leg 1 (foul on Hleb).

Because, and try to follow now. The rule infringement is Fabregas pulling on Babel, look at the situation, thats what puts Babel off his balance. Where does that pulling happen? Outside the box, the fact that Babel falls inside the box has nothing to do with that, it is a freekick outside the box not a penalty...

yeah but Babel does not go down outside the ball, if Toure did not jump on him the it would of been a free kick. I said it was debatable for a reason, the referee could of pulled it back like but he decided to give it for Toures foul. It could of went both ways
