I'm not being fooled by Ronnies performance on Sunday he is not ready to start IMO. I would go with Ventola & Recoba up front.

No body wants to talks about how Ronnies goals last week were complete flukes, and will not come on a consistent basis. Dont get me wrong I luv Ronnie I hope I'm wrong about his form, but winning the Scudetto is a buisness and Ronnie doesnt cut it for 90 minutes right now.

What a shame if two of our key-players will be missing in Verona. We need to win the game even though it will be hard considering that Chievo is fighting for a Champions league spot. Chievo is a squad willing to win in every game and is therefore extremely hard to beat. We need to show great character if we want the 3 fundamental points. Ronaldo should certainly start the game along with Recoba or Ventola. Hopefully we will show a greater desire to win than we did in the game vs. Brescia.

As I saw in the match, Ronaldo was the player most in shape. Vieri wasn't for instance...

Ronnie even made pressing and recovered a couple of balls.

That reminds me 009. I mentioned you to the people I watched the match with and said that there´s a person on the net that adores Ronaldo,but come down on Vieri for being lazy. I then said that he should watch this match since it IS Vieri who runs down in defence,while Ronaldo is playing as the top striker.

Appareantly you didn´t watch the match and was blinded by your Vieri prejudices as usual.
Vieri played behind Ronaldo against Brescia and played more in defence than what Ronaldo did. That´s the kind of player Ronaldo is and has always been. He doesn´t run a lot without the ball nor does he function in defence that much. That was why Vieri stepped back a bit and played a more playing role. With that said,I don´t mean that Vieri was good (since I have to make this clear for you even though I clearly said he sucked),because Vieri was much worse than Ronaldo but to even say that Ronaldo worked a lot while Vieri was being lazy is one big fat lie. Even the people that I watched it with,could see that Vieri was working more than usual. But not you? Isn´t that extremely insulting that an Inter fan couldn´t acknowledge the roles of our strikers while two 40-year olds that doesn´t watch football that much was?
