You guys have won the Champion league title..Congratulations by the way . But Real Mardrid had failed to win the La liga title- was it a banner year or a bust? Considering the high standards that your club always play at.

JK,I can tell you ,I personally am very happy, and I won't cry about having not won the treble.Yes,Real has high standards,but the expanded Champions League has made it very difficult to achive doubles these days,let alone trebles.So I am perfectly happy with the European Cup.

I saw a graet special on TVE on the celebrations.Great scenes. Including a special dinner.Cesar was sitting with his leg in a cast. All the other guys looked great.

Sorry for the late celebration, i had my finals the next day..What a sweet match! :happy: And to make it even more sweeter, ZZ scored one hell of a goal.. its so amazing he happened to be at the right place at the right time and the ball just landed next to him

BTW, A por la Novena PM'ed me and said he had to resign from posting at Xtratime, because his profile name wasn't in tact anymore. He felt stupid for being so shortvisioned... as he put it... at my young age, for my profile name to make sense and serve it's purpose, I should've called myself "A por la veintana"

I only wish I had been in Madrid these past few days...It would had been heaven on earth.
But from far away as Miami I have enjoyed myself to the max..I blew up and posted the front page of "AS", the morning after .. in my office cubicle for all the world to see.........................................................And right on top of the poster size picture I had all week one of my Official Real Madrid scarfs to gloat in the Glory of the Ninth ... :excited:
What can I tell you ..many people knew what I had there...but mostly the american patients were lost, but all inquired and obviously I obliged with a grin and a smile .. :happy:

Im so endlessly happy guys. Im in cloud No. 9! Yeah would have been great to be in Madrid these days. Think of it 3 titles in 5 years! Who has thought that 6 years ago??? We have the luck to experience one of the big times Madrid has...just enjoy!
