It's been a hot topic recently in this forum,so let's talk about it!!In my opinion,They can!Veron and Pirlo are different,Veron is more of a central midfielder,he is very comprehensive,with certain amount of defensive ability,he helps to link the defense and attack,spread the ball around the field,has great skills and no doubt a classy player!!Pirlo is more a attacking midfielder behind the strikers,help creating chances for the strikers but not really a midfielder,his skills and potentials are no need to talk about!So if Veron really comes,he can play in the central midfield with Gigi di Biagio and Pirlo behind the strikers!They can still co-exist!!!I think Veron is worth getting,he is a real classy player!!This is what Inter need to add to the midfield,class!!Just look at Juve and Lazio's to know why we are overlooked!6OM USD?!Does money really a matter ever for Inter?The real victim I think would be Seedorf,as he is the same type of player with Veron (not the same class of course) and he would go as an exchange as Eriksson want his old buddy in Sampdoria!!Anyway,it's just what we guess now,so we'll see how things goes!!Time will tell!!!

Veron has experience..
I do think you are right though if the exchange were to take place seedorf would probably be exchanged..time will only tell
I just wish we really knew what was up the sleeve of Moratti and Lippi/?

For me Veron is a much bigger class compared to Seedorf. Seedorf is a very good midfielder but i think Veron is better.. and why not,we could have a good substitute if one of them is hurt!! So my point is....it's a very good Transfer deal and i hope Inter could make this deal as soon as possible we need a good "Engine" for the club!!!!!

First of all, Veron is a great player NO DOUBT....but do you actually think that he will play in central midfield.....the guy is a playmaker not a defensive specialist....look at Seedorf, yeah they are different players, but Seedorf came, Lippi put him as the playmaker.....at least now, Lippi has seen Seedorf's skills and can move him back into central midfield, and put Pirlo and the playmaker....but don't for one minute think that Pirlo and Veron can co-exist, because they can't.....if Veron comes, Pirlo leaves....IT IS THAT SIMPLE....

Veron is definately capable of playing in midfield.

As for him at INTER i really fail to understand hwo self respecting INTER fans want the man Veron of Sampdoria Parma and Lazio playing at INTER.

We need our own players and guys like Pirlo Frey and Ferrari are those players. Guys like Simic Brocchi and Cordoba. Zanetti and Georgatos....these gusy feel like our own players because we are their first seven sisters club.
