Barcelona have claimed Villarreal defender Martin Caceres has agreed a four-year deal to move to Camp Nou.

The Uruguayan stopper is widely regarded to be one of the most promising young players in Spain and the deal is thought to be worth in the region of 16.5million euros (£13million).

Caceres becomes Barcelona's third recruit for next season after Spanish defender Gerard Pique from Manchester United, and Malian midfielder Seydou Keita from Sevilla.
New Barca coach Pep Guardiola is keen to stamp his own mark on the Catalan club and is expected to make more signings over the summer.

It is anticipated the player will put pen-to-paper on a contract in the next few days.

He didnt even play a game for us lol and gives us a major mark up on him as we didnt pay much for him last summer, cant remember how much it was, may have even been for free.
