Palace ban Cantona masks

MANCHESTER United have been warned that any fans wearing Eric Cantona masks at Selhurst Park on Saturday will be ejected.

It is a decade since Cantona launched the infamous kung-fu kick at Crystal Palace fan Matthew Simmons that saw the Frenchman landed with an eight month suspension and threatened with a prison sentence.

A section of the Red Devils support have designated Saturday's encounter with Palace as 'Cantona day' and threatened to wear the masks in honour of their hero.

However, in a statement, Palace have confirmed that: "Any supporter visiting Selhurst Park on Saturday will not gain admission to the stadium or will be ejected from the ground if they are in possession of any kind of face mask."

Game over......Congrats to Chelsea for the title. We will still finish above Arsenal but that is not even worth a consolation. As for the CL, that also looks highly unlikely so the FA Cup is all we have got to look forward to.
