If you mean Asllani can only play regista then I would disagree. And even if he does play regista, Mhky and Hakan can play either side of him

Barella is in dreadful form and needs to rest

The problem is inzaghi sees him just a regista...At empoli he played both regista and meazala but inzaghi only plays him as regista.

Inzaghi's handling of carboni is atrocious. The kid gets thrown in every game where inzaghi gets desperate in hopeless causes but never in a game where he can play calmly.

Given our run in schedule sadly I don't think Red is wrong to be worried about cl.
I am usually very optimistic but given we only managed 2 points from empoli,monza,Sampdoria and Bologna. I am very worried about this teams ability to deal with this schedule.

Btw a lot of the points dropped this season were due to stupid individual errors. Easy to blame the coach for everything. Off the top of my head: Skriniar og in Udine, Dumfries og in Monza, Skriniar red card and Onana error v Empoli, Skriniar losing Smalling on a set piece in loss to Roma, De Vrij losing Bijol in Udine, DD today... basic errors really. But Inzaghi also to blame for collective bad defending like the Lazio and Milan losses for example. Anyhow as usual any loss or draw Inzaghi out Suning out, any win no one out 'coz we won', but judgment of the season should only be made end of May (or more like beginning of June, rather).

All of those except roma you should expect Inter to win by more then 1 goal so those errors shouldn't have mattered.

A Judgement can already be made when you lose 7 league games and are 18 points behind the top in MARCH. The only reason Inzaghi will survive is that no proper manager will take a job where there is no transfer budget.

Pioli, Allegri, Mourinho and Sarri are doing as badly as Inzaghi this season in terms of competing with Napoli.

If Inzaghi reaches CL quarters, finishes top 4 and adds Coppa Italia to Supercoppa I think he would deserve to stay one more season to try again for the Scudetto. Not long ago we were not even qualifying from the CL group... so hopefully being amongst the best 8 European teams would be an excellent improvement. Touch wood, fingers crossed and all that..

Given how poorly the league is going yes it would only be acceptable.
As for comparing trap and simone. Trap had 6 scudetti so he had a proven league track record. That gives one more chances.

Last season is rather irrelevant when discussing this season. But if you want to include last season then it's 2 seasons in a row of failing to deliver the scudetto. Being close is rather irrelevant for me at a club like Inter. As Mou said second place is first loser.

Let's wait regarding the financial situation because apparently new sponsors like Turkish Airlines and possibly new US investors will join, and hopefully we get past Porto to get 20mill extra.

A new sponsor would only replace the money we have lost with digital bits, it won't give us extra transfer funds.
A new investor/owner is highly unlikely to be in place for the mercato. These take lots of time.
