I voted for Richards though in the above. He probably wasn't as consistent as Rio over the season, and he's still naive at times and relies on his outstanding pace to bail him out, but there were games this year when I was absolutely blown away by him.

The first Manchester derby springs to mind which I thought was one of the most impressive performances by a CB under 20 I've ever seen.
