Germany's Bayer Leverkusen have signed Bulgarian international forward Dimitar Berbatov from CSKA Sofia on a four-and-a-half year contract starting next year.

CSKA President Lyuboslav Penev said on Friday that the
19-year-old will join Bayer from January 1 for a fee of 4.5
million German marks ($2.1 million).

Until then Berbatov, who has been scored one goal in three
appearances for Bulgaria, will stay at CSKA.

Well, at 18 he was the best player of CSKA. Now I'm glad he is leaving because after several years he would have cost much more. And yeah he is a very good prospect for our future, but he still has a lot to learn. He has good dribble, and easily runs into goal positions, but he is weak at scoring and needs to build more mass. I just hope he puts all his skills in the trainings unlike other Bulgarians, so that they don't kick him out as they did to Yovov before.
PS: He's got to stay till January because he is in the army now, and he can't leave the country.
