Barcelona have emerged as new candidates to sign Bayer Leverkusen's want-away winger Ze Roberto.
After four seasons at the BayArena, the Brazilian international has finally decided to look for pastures new and is said to be very interested in joining team-mate Michael Ballack at the Bayern Munich next season.
However, a chance to test himself in La Liga may also appeal to the 27-year-old and the Catalans are said to have made enquiries about the player's availability this week.
Quite where this would leave Dutch flyer Marc Overmars is unclear.
The former Arsenal man has failed to settle at the Nou Camp and would surely not relish the prospect of playing second fiddle to Ze Roberto in the new campaign.
