Wow! thats the spirit Vagif, pass it on to your teammates. :rollani:

Whose coaching these youths anyways, Pilzer or Hans (whats there credentials)? It just seems like for now AFFA made these leagues to cover asses and let the boys kick the ball around rather than bring in for example, Dutch youth coaches that will bust the players ass everyday. The thing that we need our boys to play against men, thats how they become men. Youth players need to be involved in premier league and 1st division, in real club football. All the youths in Europe play regularly for lower division clubs, thats how you find cream of the crop when the boys play against men.
AFFA cannot provide all clubs with foreign coaches for their youth teams. It is the job of clubs to hire professionals. And some clubs do that - Baku for example has exported youth coaches from Turkey, and so did Gabala.

They can help those less fortunate clubs to do so, like in Turan and Ganja, which produces best players. Instead they spend Turans, Bakilis, and MOIKs budgets on one game against Spain which humiliates their own country.

I also forgot about Shamkir and Imisli, hell even Nakhchivan. What im getting at is that AFFA needs to be socialist, like the US government taking over the private sector, because they like our clubs dont know what they are doing.

Stanislav Cherchesov hinted today that he may become our new coach. I really hope, he does not takeover us. He is very weak coach
