We should see Rui Costa, Maldini and Contra back. We need the points, just as we have all season long, but especially now if we're to make any advances on 4th place.

Lineups? Predictions?

I expect a win over Verona. While Milan has traditionally not done well against the smaller sides, it is about time this trend is stopped. The club needs to make its final push for fourth place if this season is to mean anything.

A must win situation for Milan if they are to have any chance of qualifying for CL next season.

Verona has had an outstanding season by their standards and their Serie A status has been guaranteed for next season. This could be an advantage for you guys since the players wont be as motivated as they would have been had it been a relegation dogfight.Nice to hear that Contra,Rui and the great san Paolo will be returning for this game.perhaps Milan will finally be able to put out a near full-strength squad for once this season.

Sheva's been short of goals and how I'd love to see him get one during the weekend. He just needs a goal to bring back the confidence and then we'd see the goals flowing again.:)

Lazio and Bologna face each other during the weekend and hopefully they'll cancel each other out. With chievio meeting Roma and most likely dropping points as well, its a perfect oppurtunity for Milan to move ahead in the pecking order for that fourth spot.

Hopefully Lotti's men will be able to get the job done on Sunday.:)

Verona – Milan

Stadio Bentegodi

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

These two sides are desperate for points, but they hold very different objectives.

Verona have plummeted down the table during the last two months and now hover just two points clear of the relegation zone. Adrian Mutu and Marco Zanchi return from suspension, but the team must work on their concentration levels. Last week Lazio came from behind to take a 5-1 lead, only for Alberto Malesani’s men to wake up in the final ten minutes.

Milan’s Champions’ League hopes are wavering as that win over Verona allowed Lazio to leapfrog into fifth place. Paolo Maldini and Manuel Rui Costa should be back in action for this trip to the Bentegodi Stadium, although Andrea Pirlo will start the match. The Rossoneri have not scored in their last two outings and this is their real weakness at the moment.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Verona: Ferron; Cannavaro, Dainelli, Seric; Cassetti, Italiano, L Colucci, Melis; Camoranesi, Frick, Mutu

Milan: Abbiati; Helveg, Chamot, Maldini, Kaladze; Gattuso, Ambrosini, Serginho; Pirlo; Inzaghi, Shevchenko

Milan 2 - Verona 1

Let's all hope Chamot stays on the bench and we can get the result we deserve. Fingers crossed that Sheva will score.
