K4, the Senegalese guy is Papa Waigo, funnily he is a winger/striker, now being converted into side defeder.
As for your critism, I agree back line didn't do that well - although, it's hard against champions such as Messi
The guys are in a process of heavy fitness preparation, so we lacked even more movement and speed, that was very visible above all in midfield.

We are in pre season, first hard match will come in two weeks, and by then much more work will be done. Don't worry

At this moment it's really hard to say. But as long as we would play 4-3-3, and considering Montolivo will be still away at olympic games, I could imagine this lineup:
Frey, Zauri, Pasqual (Vargas if fit by then), Gamberini, Kroldrup, Donadel, Felipe Melo, Kuzmanović, Santana, Mutu, Gilardino.
