Well it looks like he's coming but off course our good friend Gullit had to have a say too
Gullit vindt dat Been avances Feyenoord moet negeren

- Datum: 26-jan-2009 11:11

(MA)
:yuck:

what a loser. The guy who was partly responsible for bringing us into debt with those 15 players of his.

According to van Nijnatten in the AD, Don Leo and Feyenoord are talking to each other but also PSV apparently have interest.

PSV bleh

"Bij Feyenoord is er de komende jaren niets te winnen" - says more about Gullit than it does about Feyenoord, surely. If Beenhakker and Been are allowed to restructure the club it shouldn't take them long to kick start a renaissance. The potential is there.
So that you win a championship once every 10 years again?
We're talking about real backers here :shades: a golden age culminating in 2016 with the new stadium opening.

Interesting to see El-Akchaoui already being mentioned as a player Been could take along with him. Be prepared to see Leidse Tim shipped out then to some lower tier premiership club and the website propaganda machine saying that it's always been his dream to one day play abroad and that he's thankful to Feyenoord that he could make this move.

Wonder what Been'd do with losers like Hofland and Timmer.

So he'll play for Spurs next season? :jester:

We won't be there next season if Redknapp continues the way he is.
I reckon Been would give the peasants a good kicking. I fully expect to see Timmer continue his career at De Graafschap next season. Shouldn't take Beenhakker too long to find better replacements for the ex-PSV crew.
We apparently can't afford Beenhakker's salary

Feyenoord zoekt geld

Let me try an English translation here:

De krappe financiële positie = The crap financial position....

Am I right?
Tight financial position, but yes same thing :groan:
Pierre mentioned as possible assistent. That would mean selling all youngsters in stead of the oldies.
Instead, what an inspiring move that would be. :(

That's de Guzman gone this summer I guess.
Talk of Henk Fraser coming back too....unfortunately not as a player :(
I'm not sure if Been wants him after the red cards his players got this season for taking shirts off this season @ NEC.
