Hull universitys acceptance

i was in Hull the other day...its a dump

soccer players seem to spit alot no matter who the opponent is or what they are doing. They spit on the ground all the time. Why do men spit so much? I can't do it. It seems like alot of effort. Must be some kind of testosterone thing.

I with much hardness can understand the british accent all in all. I am more into the American slang......sounds I must prepare myself for a real hard time.

you can get away with just saying a few phrases over there, which will get you by whilst you learn more.

things like;

Nice = can be used in any context, in any conversation, to any person, to mean anything

Sorted = ditto

gripped = ditto

top = ditto

kewl = ditto

init = ditto

youknowwhattamean = ditto

and thats the kinda thing that these poxy English language schools don't teach

its a pity you haven't seen Brian McClair play Humbird. In his hayday he used to do a lot more than just spit on the ground

Yesterday I watched a programme talks about two rugby teams in hull, and when I listened to the accent I was relaxed coz I could understand most of their talks.

The two Rugby teams were : Hull kingstone rovers and Hull sharks.

On the other hand I am disappointed coz there is no decent football team in Hull.

They love Rugby and I know about Rugby as I know about german language.
