Adriano, Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Rivaldo, Romario, Dida, Jardel, Pele, Tostao, Jairzinho etc. etc.

Once they hit a certain age between 26-30 it's over. They only play well for 2-3 seasons mostly with a season or two of mediocre misadeventures before and after... Why even bother investing in them?
