It appears that with abramovich wanting to turn Chelsea into a real Madrid type of side ala"Los Golacticos:"but Mourinho refusing to want the big names a divorce between the two could be on the cards.

Don't be fooled into thinking that Abramovic is spending 100's of millions of dollars so that Chelsea could win the Premier League and FA Cup. We all know what the ultimate trophy is, and Abramovic wants it. One more strike and Mourinho is out.

The mere fact that a coach is given a contract means you have faith in him. Of course such a relationship is based on faith. However, as patience starts decreasing, so does faith. It's professional football, not a heart-warming love story about faith and loyalty.

I'm sure he'll give him more than one more season. They'll probably win it next season anyway.
He will be given exactly one more season. And if he fails, he will be out.

RSF stop being an idiot. Kenyon said that they are looking to be dependant on the club in so many years time not needing a penny off Roman. IN that time they have to have won the CL at least once. Getting beat by a fluke of a goal against Liverpool. Getting beat by Barca, who are a good team. There will be another chance.

Exactly, there will be another chance. One more chance. I am not denying the existence of one more chance for Mourinho, but that's it.

There will be more than One chance. As long as he wins the league season after season and continues doing well in cup competitions he will still be there.

No, he won't. Abramovic won't be paying him to win the Premier league season after season. He wants the real trophy and if Mourinho can't deliver, Roman will search for someone who can.

Hundreds of millions of dollars and three seasons is more than enough. If there is no CL trophy in Chelsea next year, Mourinho will be looking for a new job.
