Wether its at the National or Club level , the Aztecs are again making believers of many non-comformists from the South .

If you think tha last years Mexico has done very good appearances in the bog competitions.They went to 16 of France'98 and to the final of the Copa America...

and 98 was 4 years ago and chile made it to the last 16 as well

and they didnt impress me in the concacaf qualifiers

I like Mexican soccer alot, but I have to agree with Condor about the NT level. The Copa America last year meant nothing to me. And it is very clear that they did not dominate the fianl six in Concacaf like they have always done in the past.

It seems very unlikely to me that Mexico will proceed to the next round.

Mexico is one of those countries that once they arrive at the WC Tournament..somehow they turn it up more than a notch and they really leave people in dismay..even if its just for the first 2 rounds, and thats more than what many of the other 31 countries will accomplish ..

For me Mexicans are one of the most serious teams in this WC so far.They have a good midfield with Torrado and his mates and they know how to hold the ball.

Did you see what happened in the last 5 minutes of the match Italy-Ecuador.Mexicans passed all the time and azzuri just waiting and looking
