One statistic I don't understand, sheva didn't play in the champions cup until it had already been renamed the champions league, why is his all time champions cup tally different to his all time champions league tally?

nah uefa cup and cup winners cup go into the number of goals fo all time european top scorers.
I suppose qualifying is the only thing it can be, although it seems strange to have the champions league table exclude goals from qualifying, I'd rather have it where it mentioned all goals since 92/93 when the champions cup was renamed.

and UEFA Cup, Cup Winners, right?
Nope, if those stats can be trusted, you can read from them that Sheva has 56 in Europe (including UEFA cup goals etc.), 52 in the UCL (including qualifiers) and 43 in the UCL not counting qualifiers.

how funny is it that he has scored the most against inter. poor bastards!!

his stats are very good considering he has only been in serie A for 7 seasons. the many others in those lists have been in serie A for a lot longer.
