Zico , chief of the WC commity, is proposing a union of all the third world coutries, to make the Wc 2006 in SOuth Africa, and 2010 in Brazil.
That would be good, cause then we don't have to worry so much.
Its a bit unfair though in south america, cause since 78 we don't have a cup in the continent, while other continents with no tradition (north america-twice, aisa, and africa) will have a WC ahead of us. But if the agreement puts the WC in 2010 in Brazil, then that is ok.
