Well the ANC will start on January 24th, and let me tell u something, it is gonna be tough, specially Egypt's group, where we will have to play Cameroon and Algeria. So I am guessing we will see some good soccer. But an advice, don't expect much from Senegal or Nigeria, and watch out Cameroon (personal opinion);)

I agree Ahlawy, finally someone here cheers for Wael Reyad;)

All what I meant when I said Senegal and Nigeria were not very good, is that they have changed and they lost their main charisma and enthusiasm specially Senegal, but I wish they can prove me wrong.

Who doesn't cheer for Reyad ;)

I agree with you, but Senegal have a very easy group and their probably gonna get through with ease. As for Nigeria, i see them coming second to Morocco whome i hope regain their strength. South Africa are in extremly bad condition currently, and i dont think they will do good.

South Africa sack National coach

JOHANNESBURG, Jan 15 (SW) - The South African FA have sacked Ephraim Mashaba, the country's national coach, the day before the 'Bafana Bafana' are set to leave for the African Cup of Nations in Tunisia which begins later this month.

Mashaba has been suspended for the last seven days by the FA for a breach of his contract agreement and he was today dismissed via a letter whilst his case was still being heard in a Johannesburg court.

The nation will now be lead to the championships in Tunisisa by assistant coach April 'Styles' Phumo. Phumo is South African by birth but has spent most of his life in Lesotho, where he has twice been the country's national coach.
