Tomorrow the 32-round begins for both the African Champions League and the Confederations Cup. Of course none of the games are considered "heavy games" yet since the tournaments really start to heat up in the group stages at the quarter finals, especially the CL. But we could expect some surprise results this weekend, just like every other year. Good luck to all.

PS. Just a reminder, the winner of this year's CL represents Africa at the World Cup of Clubs. Hope its gonna be Al Ahly ;)

Wont be easy at all this year bro. Its without a doubt going to be the strongest and most entertaining CL ever, with giants like Enyimba, Ahly, Zamalek, Esperance, Etoil De Sahel, and ASEC, alongside newcomers Ajax all competing.

Yeah same here. Apparently Ahly will be seeded 4th with Ajax, which will guarantee us the toughest group. I personally would like to see us fall with Enyimba, Zamalek, and Esperance. Would definately be a hype challenge to watch.

First off, i dont think you can have two clubs from the same country in the same group. This means that Ahly/Zamalek will be split up as well as Esperence/Etoile Du Sahel. As for seeding, i think the top 2 teams will be Esperence and Enyimba. Also, i am sure that Ajax Cape Town will be seeded 4th. I also think Etoile Du Sahel will be seeded as a 2. Its hard to determine where the other 4 teams (Ahly, Zamalek, RAJA and ASEC) will be ranked cause all of the teams have had some success in the last 5 years.

Ahly seeded 4th? ..... interesting...

The tougher the group, the more fun it'll be...

I think its going to be either Ahly or Enyimba. With Ahly's performance and record this year I'll put my money on them..

I also hope for Zamalek and Esperance in our group... Imagine, playing Zamalek two more times next season.. Ohhhhh :flirt: .. They'll probably withdraw or something :pp

LOOL for real im really hoping Ahly and Zamalek are together if that 2 teams from one country thing is permitted, alongside Enyimba and any other team. Would love to watch some serious games.
