the asian champions league started on Tuesday, 2 days ago.

a very good start for Ittihad(KSA) when they beat Pakhtakor (UZE) 4-0.

Baniyas(UAE) won against Arabi(Qat) 2-0.. Hilal(KSA) drew 1-1 with Piroozi(Ira), Hilal player most of the game with 10 men.

btw, Alsadd of Qatar was the champions of last edition 2011.

Chippen Wilhelmsson being your main man :pp (well ok, only player I know along with Al Arabi)

How come the Saudi sides aren't doing so badly in the ACL while the NT side couldn't even beat Oman? it's not like there are that many foreigners in the club sides either.

the saudi clubs in ACL do better than our NT in recent years. last season wasn't good enough since none played in the SF of the ACL.. as for the NT didnt qualify to the 2nd stage in asian cup and this season sent out of asian world cup qualification..

awful results, no doubt !

Garafah equalised in the last minute of the match through a pk scored by captain Assas.

Hilal didn't invest their control for most of the match well... 2 pts out of 2!

Round 4.

Hilal finally won his 1st match in the competition this season when they beat Shbab(UAE) 2-1 last night in Riyadh.

IN the other match, Piroozi drew at home with Gharafah of Qatar 1-1.

so, the table is as:

1. Piroozi 8 pts
2. Hilal 6 pts
3. Gharafah 3 pts
4. Shabab 2 pts
