Lifted from elsewhere:

Cesc started talking about having three days off following a match, but always wanting to play football.

Then he was asked how he had adapted to life here, he said the first 3-4 months were very exciting, he was discovering lots of new things. After 6 months a little confused, but now he is very happy.

When asked about his rapid success, he said he couldn't believe it when he was told he could play in the first team, it was hard but he's happy and always tries to do his best.

He was then asked about staying at Arsenal for the rest of his career(!), unsurprisingly he didn't really answer that one, but reiterated his happiness, he's at one of the best clubs in the world, treated like a king and really appreciates it.

When asked how he felt walking out alongside players like Vieira and Henry, he said he had to thank them, they were confident in him and allowed him to play his own game.

Asked about the right side of midfield, he said he enjoys it, as he can come in off the flank and take attacking positions. But centre midfield is his position, he started at Barcelona playing the Guardiola role, but moved forward a little when playing for the national team.

He might grow his hair a bit, but gets hassled to get it cut, he was at Barcelona for six years. He said that loves his song, one of the best moments in his life was the home game against Blackburn, when he was taken off everyone (surely not everyone, but anyway..) was singing it, fantastic! They'll have to change it though, as he's 18 in May!

He wants to improve his defending and his left foot and wants to play like Patrick Vieira, he has a girlfriend and his family have been his biggest inspiration. Friends and coaches have also been very good to him, his dad had a trial with Barca once.

He thinks everyone in the Arsenal team are special but singled out Vieira. And Thierry, who he went on to include with Ronaldinho as the best in the world. At Barca, as he was schoolboy age, he went to school in the morning and trained in the afternoon. He thinks the facilities and training pitches at Arsenal are amazing and likes hip hop and Lord of The Rings.

His family were present when he scored his first goal, he didn't know what to do!

He saw Arsenal as the opportunity of his life, having met the boss and seen everything over here, Barca is in the past.

He was asked about the captaincy and he talked about the respect held for Patrick by everyone at the club, he said he can feel Vieira is the leader of the team, he's like the big man, but it's difficult to think of himself being captain.

And that was it. He came across in a very articulate, friendly and relaxed manner with a good sense of humour and I think we can all look forward to this spaniard brightening our lives up for a few more years yet.

You know apparently he's always at London nightclubs with RVP, those two are supposedly the best of mates (must've spoken to van Basten or something ;)).
