In the "promises" dubious cathegory, who will start to consolidate himself and start with his "right" foot in 2008?

Italy

Zarate (Lazio)

Spain

Higuain (Real Madrid)
Piatti (Almeria)
Acosta (Sevilla)
Trejo (Mallorca)
Fazio (Sevilla)
Escudero (loan to Dunno FC (owned by Villareal))

England

Di Santo (Chelsea)
Insua (Liverpool)

yeap, these are some of the not that much rated, or not at all rated young ones in Euroland..is a mix, because some like Insua/Di Santo must fight to be a starter for the first time, others like Higuain/Trejo must fight to finally gain or not a place, others like Acosta/Piatti/Escudero/Zarate must insert in a new team and continent, while apparently would be use as first team players...

It occurs to me when people complain about the Olympics argie squad, like if it was Messi's or Aguero's fault to still be very young...there are other youngsters (more in homeland too, but we all know those aren't followed) that I would tried in Beijing instead, to see what they are made of...some of them are here...

About Marco he is young, he is good, but not that good...he might turn out in a very prolific goalscorer, who knows, but not my cup of tea...

There are a couple of kids that like Gerardo Bruna (now in Liverpool) had awuful transfers and justice problems at a very young age that might turn their carreers into nothing, like Brian Sarmiento (in Spain), Forestieri (in Italy, now an italian player) and a kid of Boca I can't remember his name that left the club recently in a sea of problems...

Lucas Trecarichi is a very young fella that went to Sevilla, playing for them in B, that maybe will have his first games this year, but still I think he is even with less chances than Fazio and Insua to play some games, something like Bruna in Liverpool...that's why both weren't included.

Di Maria will never start with his right foot because he only has a left one.

Hi I'm Fangio...

jokes aside man, Di Maria is leaving the basket cube from his head a lot more often than in the near past...looks good the kid if he manteins this form and even not having an exactly more sharp approach, Cristiano (with a big distance due to his power, confidence and effective self) and even Zarate and Nani to name a few with smilar style still are having good moments..but in the near past he was as annoying as Zarate in the YWC

He did look good at the Olympics but I was very unimpressed with what he did last season at our bitter Lisbon rivals. On one side I'd like to see him doing good because I like his style and I like Argie players in general but on the other hand I hope he keeps his good form for his NT only...if you see what I mean.

You never know, Sevilla are known for giving their talents a fair chance to prove themselves. He's still only 17 years old, the future definitely looks bright for him though.

Think he is over rated by the media but he is very good technically never a Messi of Madrid though.

This season will be a important one for him to stake a claim because last season he was disrupted by injuries but has the abilities thats for sure

I'm pleased Zarate is doing well, that kid worked his socks off for us while he was here. Even if he was too selfish at times. I was shocked prem teams didn't make more of an effort to get him, he had the skill and he didn't mind the physical aspect either.
