2014 World Cup qualifier ( AFC ) will be start this month and next month . From now , all teams from this continent are going to prepare for this .

Bhutia, 14 others dropped

Newly-appointed Indian coach Armando Colaco dropped 15 players, including Bhaichung Bhutia, from the list of 42 probables for the 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against the UAE.

Those who were dropped include Bhutia, Surkumar Singh, Anwar, NP Pradeep, Mohammed Rafi, Deepak Mondal, Rennedy Singh, Abhishek Yadav, Mehrajuddin Wadoo, NS Manju, Baljit Sahni, James Singh, Govin Singh, Nirmal Chetri and Subhasish Roy Chowdhury.

The coach, however, remained cautious about his team’s chances against the UAE.

Colaco, who finished his club side Dempo’s league campaign recently to take over the national team’s reins, told the All India Football Federation (AIFF)’s official website that the weather will also affect his team’s chances.

“UAE are a tough unit who prefer to play physical football. There are many foreigners who have naturalised for the UAE national team. India did lose to them 5-0 in a friendly before the AFC Asian Cup.

“We also need to keep in mind climatic conditions won’t favour us much when we play them in July.”

India will travel to UAE for the first leg on July 23 and will host the West Asians five days later.

Colaco said he relied on present form and building a team for the future while considering the players.

“Players who have played well in the I-League have been preferred over others. Hence, some big names had to be left out. If we are to look at the future, we need to concentrate on the youngsters who performed well in AFC Challenge Cup qualifiers in Kuala Lumpur,” he said.

The new coach, however, assured it was not the end of the road for the seniors.

“The list of probables is for a specific time period with a specific plan. Anyone who performs well after that can easily walk into the national team. Doors on the seniors haven’t been shut for ever,” said Colaco, who has been appointed for four months.

Jordan 9 - 0 Nepal

You guys should hear the English coach for Nepal before the game! He seriously misled the whole Nepalese people and planted the idea that their team will beat Jordan in AMMAN.

I watched the game and was surprised that the Nepali team is the worst our city have witnessed ever! It could have been 15-0!

What's the name of the alcoholic?

Today's game of the day has to be Malaysia vs Singapore. 2 goal deficit for Malaysians but they'll play in front of a sold out stadium in front of 85000 Malaysians.

Yeah, that could be epic. Daniel Bennett said his team mates are relax and not afraid, especially because they already have experiences playing in places that are more hostile than Bukit Jalil (Jakarta and Bangkok :D)

Malaysia's backline is awful. Singapore should be 2 up. The 41 year old Djuric should have scored.

How did they win the Suzuki Cup?

Malaysian Rooney Safee Sali strikes  1-0

The Malaysian goalie was the man of the match in the first half btw. The only Malay to turn up in that half tbh.

A flick-on from a Bosnian Aussie Singaporean 41 year old is enough to see Singapore make it 1-1

Syria disqualified from 2014 WC, due to fielding an ineligible player. They won Tajikistan 6-1 on agg. But due to disqualification they loose both legs 3-0, to make it 6-0 agg.

Bullshit call from FIFA, they failed to spot it earlier, and after a couple of weeks make a decision? Also stupid from Syria to field that player.

Legally, the call is right. The Tajik's found out before it is too late and filed it to FIFA who invistigated and decided to disqualify the Syrian's.

The Syrian FA should be hanged from their balls.

The president of the Syrian FA says they have the right documents for the player. He played for the Swedish Olympic Team. They will protest the case.

Personally, I don't know much into this, but does the Olympic team affect the National Team? And I agree, ironically that player (George Mourad) is shit. :palm:

Various sources reported that Michihiro Yasuda scored Japan's winner, while in fact it was Maya Yoshida.
Damn you, Livescore! I did noticed that they updated the scorelines of these games pretty quickly, but not the scorer's name for some reason. :pp
I always liked that Yoshida kid..
