This was a statement made by Houllier, i dont know if any of you know about this already.

I really dont think it would take 3yrs + for liverpool to get the title, liverpool had improved soo much this season, it is true that EPL had became more difficult to compete, but i think they are serious contenders next season.

But I think the Rafa make it earlier..

U know, he already broke the Real Madrid and Barcelona's title domination.

Nobody thinks like that when he arrived. Even when Valencia won the UEFA cup, the League Title seems so far for them.
