frankf31 EL money is nothing. We can make the same by selling Lord Borini to China.

I would tend to agree but it depends on how Europa affects the FFP. If it's not significant then by all means yes. But if any money can help to procure transfers then we can't forget it. At worst, send the B team to play Europa!

And thanks bono for the glimmer of hope. What will happen is results all go our way but then we'll lose

dabdob If Elliot are serious about making profit or of this club before selling it to the next sugar daddy, then they will come around with FFP regulations

frankf31 I agree, we should bring a manager from outside.

We should also fire all the other trainers in the squad and start from scratch. There is a strange defect in our club. Promising young players join, and then somehow become worse over time. Many people must be ****ing up behind the scenes, and this has been happening for years.

Fire them all and offer to double the salary of Ajax's training staff

dpforever10 I understand Milan fans' frustration (we've been there too before this cycle), but blaming UEFA and FFP is not the right way, specially when the teams competing with you in the table for 4th have spent significantly less than your team..

Roma have consistently sold their best players every summer (Salah, Pjanic, Allison to name a few)... during the last 2 summers the net spend was +€76m, Lazio +€34.5m, Torino +€22.6m and Atalanta +€3m.... All of those clubs sold more worth of players than they have actually signed during the last 2 years....

Milan's net spend during the same period? An eye-watering -€254m...

Not even Juve with the Cristiano signing and poaching the best talents in Italy reached that figure.....

Whatever Milan does next they should just never hire a coach who was an ex-player... the Guardiola/Conte model would never work....Milan need to give up on this idea and just hire the best available world class manager and take it from there... that should be the priority.... Milan should also keep Leonardo as the latest signings seem to be much better than the ones made under the previous management...

Anyway this is not a bashing, and good luck in the remaining fixtures....

dabdob All of this shit's that's been happening is something, and seeing that shmug Bonucci taking his son to watch us getting beaten is another level of taking crap!

jani Without a good team with stars, TV deals wont be as good, fanbases won't spend money, people won't go to games.. so... hmmm

I keep wondering the same, and thinking that Milan just saying "**** it" might be a solution. The way FFP is now it's incredibly bad for a team in our position. Serie A is much worse because of it. We have owners willing to spend, we have the storied club, the fanbase... but a stupid rule won't allow them.

van All of you complaining about the referee got to be be kidding. We were extremely lucky that Conti did not get a red card in the first half, when he made a clear yellow card foul and then later a brutal red card foul (kicked a guy in the chest) within five minutes, and left with just the one yellow. And then in the second half Musacchio made an extremely clear penalty against Belotti, who could have headed into an empty net, and it was not given. The penalty was soft but it definitely was a penalty (pushed a guy in the back, very much looks like a penalty from every angle even though it's of course a slight push). The Romagnoli incident I'm not sure, but can't say it really matters. The referee also made a ton of small calls in our favor during the whole game, and you could see Torino players were extremely angry about it; at least 4-5 minor wrong calls in our favor in different parts of the pitch (i.e. Romagnoli's hand in Izzo's face and the like).

Other than that: nothing. Same uninspiring crap as every week, we deserved nothing. Created nothing.

A couple of players who were even worse than usual: Musacchio is garbage and makes these kinds of mistakes every game, but cost dearly today. Torino were better but Musacchio cost us the game. Conti was also terrible all night. Suso is so apathetic and erratic I want to beat him, but still created our best chance in the first half.

Also, how can this bad run be surprising? A couple of us told here it was very likely. I am usually wrong and completely shit at predictions, but if you watched our games, it was painfully obvious that we were bound to collapse unless Donnarumma and Piatek kept the superhuman form and we kept getting an impossible amount of 50/50 situation favor us. It had already happened last year too...

Yashimi Nakitu And how to we get out of this mess? Many players are just shit. No CL money and UEFA is breathing down our necks. We probably won't sign Bakayoko now and I don't expect any big signings either without selling. But who would want to pay for our players?

Yeah they ****ed up. Even a little kid saw months ago what a disaster Gattuso is as a coach. We never played good football, even when we had that great spell it was never convincing but more due to luck and Piatek scoring every half chance. But what we have been seeing since weeks is a pure disaster. I have never seen a team without ideas like this Milan. Pure garbage football.

Btw we have to get 8 points out of possible 12 in the next 4 games just to be on par pointwise with last season... just to put things in perspective.
