That is true, injuries and a stubborn club held back his opportunities. But I allways figured he is more of a warrior then great.

4 of those 19 goals to Lecce and another 2 to Entella... but no doubt Piatek knows how to score a goal.
That said, 35 m is a huge amount of money for a forward who has played in serie A for 6 months and had played just in Poland before. Preziosi prefered "pochi (pochi?), maledetti e subito" rather than ending like Cairo with Belotti.

camelface 35mil isn't much in today's market, the guy is 23, works super hard, EE no-non-sense type of player. Perfect signing for lazy and confused Milan.

Osman Piatek is potentially a brilliant signing, but hope for his sake they give him the service he needs: https://www.juventuz.com/attachments...1-1-png.70434/

TBF generally he's done well, buy low and sell high mixed with some experience is the right idea, Nainggolan was a good sale at the right time, and Pellegrini/Cristante are too good for 6th choice....but he's gambling a bit now on newbies deliveries in midfield as starters (same in attack) and slightly with top-4 finish even though they're clearly still a favorite.

He isn't doing a Luis Enrique but hope he isn't underestimating Serie A.

camelface wtf? even juve could have used him for 25mil...

Osman Its not like I find Strootman anything special, but he was generally consisstently very good and reliable for them, why mess with the formula this much? Especially after you sold your best player in Nainggolan.

N'Zonzi is a great signing, but it becomes more and more moot if you weaken rest of the midfield while doing signing like that.

Also N'Zonzi is pretty much a holding mid, I'm sure the box to box role will go to one of Pellegrini/Cristante besides Pastore who should be the main creator. If he has anything left in him that is.

Thought N'Zonzi was gonna take over from DDR.

N'Zonzi as B2B maybe.

N'Zonzi-DDR-Pastore. Don't know if he can play there or not.

Tony Montana Nzonzi et Cristante

dpforever10 Done Deal: Strootman to Marseille!

Never thought Roma would get rid of their powerful midfield duo Nainggolan and Strootman in the same transfer window

LOL at you thinking you know that for a fact. Any source for that? At all? As if that would actually make any difference in a FIFA arbitration process. "Yes judge, but in Don Balon / the FutablaAlReves Instagram page it says that Modric contacted Inter first".
