The Green One Flamini is a decent, steady signing. Palace's problem last season was pushing Cabaye too far back, so maybe Flamini can sit in DM and let Cabaye get forward.

Mika (To Sunderland)

Country : Portugal
Age : 25
Position : Goalkeeper
Signed From : Boavista
Price (Approx) : £2,000,000

This one has been allowed to go through like a week after the deadline due to some admin errors, which apparently weren't the fault of either club after investigation. No clue on the player.

Rob Seems like the championship is starting to get like the premiership was 20 or so years ago for Scandinavian players. Also Portuguese players seem to be everywhere at the moment.

Lord Bendtner has joined Nottingham Forest. That's potentially interesting. He's still only 28.
September 7th, 2016 20:11
Rob

Urby Emanuelson has randomly signed for Sheffield Wednesday, safe to say that at only 30 the former Dutch international and Milan players career is not going as planned.

Victor Anichebe (To Sunderland)

Country : Nigeria
Age : 28
Position : Forward
Signed From : West Bromwich Albion
Price : Free
15/16 Who Scored Rating : 6.40

Looks like there'll be a few end of window desperation free agent signings from clubs who didn't fill every position they wanted during the window. Anichebe is a big, muscular forward who hardly ever scores, but is okayish at hold up play and will continue to be much the same for Sunderland.

Glad to see Denayer on loan to a Premiership club after he had a good spell at Celtic and then a reasonable one at Galatasaray. Needs one in this league to prepare him. He looked the business for a while but had a poor euros and Pep didn't seem to fancy him for this season at least.
Before the euros Denayer was playing well for country but yea like you said not the best euros for the kid. This last minute loan doesn't fill me with confidence that City have a well-thought-out plan for him ... looked as if he wanted to return to Gala (even until the last few hours of the window) ... still I'm happy that he won't be rotting on the bench ... at least I hope so.

Not really sure of the point of this loan tbh, Vorm is already one of the best back-up keepers in the league.

About double his actual worth imo. Unless Poch can light a fire under his arse and get him to consistently play the way he does in his 4-5 good games a season. If he can't then I don't even see him as a starter at Spurs.
Apparently, this guy, who has been a whiny douche all summer, was set to go to Everton today, all cleared and agreed with them. Then just stopped answering their calls and decided to go with Spurs without any word to Everton lol.
