I noticed that there were a few threads on becoming a coach, as well as an official one but I felt that I wanted to create one of my own.
I started thinking about it 3 years ago after speaking to someone throught work who's hubby is a coach.
She said that if you have the ambition you could get through the courses quickly.
I know of the courses and all that but I dont know what else has to be done.
Is a college/university degree in sports etc. essential? I know it would do no harm but is it mandatory?
Obviously because I have been working full time for the last 7 years I have developed certain financial obligations so income would need to be a must if I was to choose this career path.
Can the courses be done whilst still in full time employment?
How difficult is it to actually fulfil the courses?
I am not someone who's just thought about this overnight by the way, I have had a keen interest in this for many years and would like to think I know a thing or two about the game.
If the answers are what I want to hear are positive then I think I am prepared to take a drastic but much needed change in my career direction.
Hope you guys can help
