Knee surgery recovery

about 5 months ago i had a acl reconstruction, ive been going to physiotherapy etc but i was wondering if anyone else has been through this and if there are any tips and also how you got back to playing fitness?

My brother in law had a knee reconstruction also but he quit football straight after it and has still pain in his leg sometimes and is always cautious while he is playing with just a few friends. Im sure he's situation is different to yours, best of luck!

My daughter's husband had an accident, and was very bad but after abt a year of therapy he started to play ... now he plays football and go everywhere in his bike ... never again he had any problem.
