after going on a 2 week vacation i have discovered that our training program is harder than ever. i missed the past months before that because i had to work and could only make it by the time the guys were playing
so i need a fast track program to get me fit by the time preseason starts in 2 weeks
Firstly its a good thing that your training is hard, I don't know your exact fitness levels but run for these two weeks before the clubs training program starts.
Getting your core fitness back is the important thing, 75% fitness 25% ballwork at first, things like jogging and short sprints and hill running to get power back, work in the gym aswell but like I say its mainly aerobic work with the aim of improving your recovery and power.
