I work out alot... SO here's hwat I do while workin out in a week..
Morning.. Protein Shake...
11-12.. Light Snack - Sandwich
3 - Eggs on Toast or something
5 - Pasta
7-8 - CHicken breast or Steak
I also sometimes have Weetabix and stuff... obviously try and eat fruit and Veg... Unfortunately i'm not a Veg man.. but I'll put fruit in a blender and drink it.
This is a diet if you wanna bulk up really.
