twisted my hip muscle, please help
playing soccer again after i recovered from groin and back prolblem(thanks fabio and uramino <-- i think thats how you spell it)
then i did this weird pass that i had to really turn my body.
and i pulled a hip muscle
now what can i do??
what are some stretches for the hips?
i normally just twist around my body area above the hip left to right, dunno if that does anything.
