help, i have problems with boots

all the boots i have worn, the sole is always pushed down/in, (the heel and the bone behind your big toe. what i can do to stop this ?

na its not flat feet

all shoes a wear tend to get wasted in the sole bit, they like get pushed right down

YES so thats what its called !

gel pads is it like the pads thats in the Nike Mericial Vapor boots ? the have like a extra bit on the heel and front part of the foot ?

and how much are they ?

Do you mean shoe inserts? I have Vapors and they hardly have any padding at all
