Lie on your back on the floor
Tuck your knees into your chest using your arms to hold them in tight
Hold this position with your head trying to touch your knees

let go after 20 seconds and slowly lie flat on your back with your arms and legs stretched vertically

Do this every morning and when you go to bed
and before exercise obviously

Goalkeepers do this alot

Yet again I would recomend some physical theropy if your injury persists. Our keeper had a similar problem with his knee and he just shrugged it off. He ended up tearing someting and had to have and operation. The recover took him out for about six months.

I think he means to push up so that your back is arched, it does help stretch a lot.
