Your best move in a game?

The other day my team had a match which ended in a 3-3 draw. During this game I did the elastico which is what Ronaldinho does a lot. The ball starts off in the outside of your foot and then you immediately turn it to the inside of your foot. Its kind of hard to explain but it was nice because I got past the defenders. I do a lot of moves during games. But this one was really one of the best ive done , my team mates congratulated me all day. But the question is What is your best move done in a game?

I wouldn't say it's my best move but it's what I usually do.
Basically Player runs to me I flick the ball over their head and volley towards goal. If I'm not in shooting range a through ball ,cross or just a normal pass would be on it's way to it's recipient.

Doing a Maradon turn between two players once was brilliant, i do that skill alot but this was memorable as it was apart of a great run I did too taking on few more players before hitting the bar

The best move i have made was in a match last season where the ball came to me at great pace, rather than controling it and holding it up i flicked the ball behind me totaly baffling my marker and i ran the other side of him, as the ball came down i struck a tremendous vollyed cross which led to our CF heading in.

Do you know that 5 in 4 people have trouble with fractions.

A move of my own actually, not to say noone thought of it before me but I did actually come up with it myself a long time ago. It's in the Uefa highlights sometimes, Zizou did it in 98 in the semi final vs the Czechs.

Run with the ball, halt it with your right, turn 180 while you maintain the momentum of your run, pull it with your left and get it rolling again, turn 180 again and you're back to square one. Works well because they don't know what you're doing.

Maybe it works well because you don't know what you're doing either

One move I've done that I've actually never seen a pro do was while playing for my high school team. I'm a forward but was playing in midfield. I got the ball in the attacking third and had two players closing in on me fast. I had one teammate ahead of me and a pass on the ground would easily have been cut out.

As they ran towards me, I feigned a pass and put my right foot to the left of the ball, then scooped under it with the outside of my foot for a perfect ball into the path of my teammate. He scored the winning goal and I had kudos all around

My best move in a game was running as fast as I could right to...the bench so that my team can get ride of me quickly=to finally play better.

I was on the edge of the penalty box (right side) about 45 degrees from goal. A team-mate lob a long ball to me and I hold one defender behind me. I trapped the ball with my right foot, turned and volleyed it straight away (Without the ball touching the ground). Too bad it hit the goalie's right hand post. :depress: Well, Pele was remembered best for things he missed, and so do I!!! p

one of these two:
(granted i am better now then i was last year when these took place)

breakaway down the park, one defender and a goalie, took on teh defender in the right area of the penalty box, and faked right and rolled the ball to my left with my right foot, lost the defender. took on the goalie, and moved left again, he was way off his line, abot 6 yards, and i slid the ball with my right foot into the left post, with a soft clang, the goal was in. Owen finish.

or

running down the left pen area, with players coming in on both sides, one on one with a defender, my back to the defender, i was about 7 yards from teh goal line, and my back to the near post was maybe 10 yards. anyways, rolled the ball to my left and turned, on a running in a curve struck the ball, perfect shot into the top corner of the near post. too bad there was no net to catch that net buster.

my dream is to score a screamer from outside the 18 yard box, ala Kaka and Gerrard.. please god let this come true

I was a sweeper and two guys came onto me at once. I taclked them, got the ball, and dribbled all the way to the other side of the field, and just when they though I was going to shoot it, I did a sideways flick to my teemate who scored.

probably running the full field then scoring, like maradona's world cup goal.

but the end i didnt slip it past goalie but a powerful shot. it was good, didnt feel tired after it, ran around like a crazy chicken celebrating

I once scorred from half field immediately after kick-off after the opposition just scored on us. Their goalie was a cocky idiot and so came out pretty far right as my friend passed it to me from kick-off, it was sweet revenge.

my best move in a game has to be when i nutmegged a player by doing the maradona. sort of like this but not as half as good:

http://pages.sbcglobal.net/jamesey/g...meg%20ever.mpg

i've been dieing to do an elastico though. IMO it's the most sublime move ever in football.

was playing left back, and i got a pass from our libero (a playmaking sweeper, think matehuss for germany)...i turned w/o ball saw a big mother****er coming at me, as the ball came to me i lifted it right over him (mind you my back was to him) turned him sharply headed the ball up to myself...chested...put at my feet...then a guy was coming to me...and i did a lil body fake to the right, and cut in left...and passed the ball to a midfielder...

the whole sequence was amazing...my frends who told me to come out and play (after like 4 months since i last played) were shocked taht i did this on a big guy who was at least 25+ and damn good....

today i came close...i got the ball with my back to goal...qucikly turned to right...saw a def went right...and cut it back left fast...sent him sprawling down...did a basic fake to right and went in left (i always play on right) where i had another guy...who i got around due to momentum...beat the goalie while falling (got some nasty kicks) and on floor knocked it in....mind you all this was in like 5-10 meters of space with shit loads of big latinos who were rough...

Mine was actually indoors playing in a scrimmage with my team. I was surrounded by 3 defenders, with two chasing me from behind and one in front of me.

I rainbowed it over the guy in front of me, chested it, and volleyed it over the 1st defender who was chasing me, then the next defender, and half-volleyed it into the net.

I was quite pleased.
