Hardmen of football, move over, you've been overtaken by Elizabeth Lambert, now officially the hardest footballer on the planet.

All previous hardmen can resubmit their candidacies for hardest player on the planet after a 60 day waiting period.

Visca Barca!!

Giving out sucker punches and pulling hair? That's Paolo Montero hard, I am very unimpressed.

Like Cacini said, this is typical montero stuff. Him and Iuliano used to do these type of sneaky shit all the time and they always got away with it. Amazing how they had such succesful years cause in any team but juve they wouldn't have played more than 15 games a season, TOPS. And that's not hard, that's just idiotic.

I don't have a sig.

You give the answer yourself...in fact it's very unamazing, and their employer was the only reason.

Surely these feverish aspirations there
Shall grasp their full desire,

Yea I know but I mean despite that they still went on to have a career. I mean, it was pretty obvious juve were fishy as hell and these two clowns really did tell a pic about the team and their influence on the refs but in it's still mindboggling how people back than couldn't see some things for what they were. Like Montero and Iuliano being nothing but thugs and only got helped by the refs. I even remember people debating iuliano vs cannavaro back than, who should be in the nt and who shouldn't .

I don't have a sig.

Maybe I've forgotten the idiocy, but wasn't it just the juventini who argued those things? I recall romanisti, interisti, doriani, you guys, etcetera kindly pointing these things out even here on XT for years.

No you're right, it was only them, but still even for them lot that was just absurd. Yet they still refused the notion that cannavaro could be better than montero/iuliano. p. Or like the game between juve-parma which ended in a draw after del piero took the ball with his TWO hands and benarrivo being sent off in the dying minutes. I think it was 2004 when we had Mutu. It was amazing to see Glen write loooong ass posts to diminish it as nothing suspicious. Very funny.
