That Djakpa guy has been quite impressive in Romania this season. He´s young but he will end up in a good team soon.

Nice to hear. What kind of defender is he? Centreback or left/right back?

The Senegal squad looks pretty impressive I must say. Way better than I expected. I can see Senegal go far in this tournament.

Looking forward to see something of Chikhaoui, since he is hailed as being great. Haven't ever seen him play to be honest.

He's definitely a very nice talent.

Hopefully he'll get to show the best of him during the ACN.

Omotoyossi and Ogunbiyi definitely the players to watch. Not to many other well known names in there.

I have been looking for some information, and Achille plays with our C team (in division 7). He is only 20 but since he failed to become a professional player, that call his wonderfull for him.

I see Mido didn't make the squad? Because of the injury that is? Shame you'll be missing Barakat too.

The future Champions have released their squad list as well.

Nigeria squad

Goalkeepers: Vincent Enyeama (Hapoel Tel Aviv, Israel), Austin Ejide (Bastia, France), Dele Aiyenugba (Bnei-Yehuda, Israel)

Defenders: Onyekachi Apam (Nice, France), Taye Taiwo (Marseille, France), Joseph Yobo (Everton, England), Obinna Nwaneri (FC Sion, Switzerland), Danny Shittu (Watford, England), Rabiu Afolabi (Sochaux, France), Ifeanyi Emeghara (Steua Bucharest, Romania), Richard Eromoigbe (Levski Sofiaj, Bulgaria)

Midfielders: Mikel Obi (Chelsea, England), Seyi Olofinjana (Wolverhampton, England), Onyekachi Okonkwo (FC Zurich, Switzerland), Dickson Etuhu (Sunderland, England)

Strikers: Ikechukwu Uche (Getafe, Spain), Obinna Nsofor (Chievo Verona, Italy), Osaze Odemwingie (Lokomotiv Moscow, Russia), John Utaka, Nwankwo Kanu (both Portsmouth, England), Obafemi Martins (Newcastle, England), Ayodele Makinwa (Lazio, Italy), Yakubu Aiyegbeni (Everton, England).

The defense surprises me positively. Obviously our strength still lies upfront and therefore we must play an offensive formation. I'm let down by the midfield though, only Mikel seems up to the task if you ask me.
