I watched Genoa Cricket and Flickball Club tonight. 4-0 to Lecce and four goals scored by the Polish centerforward Piatek. Liverani's Lecce were amateurish, in spite of being a serie B club, so I consider it slightly more than a friendly for the Turkeys.

In the other game Benevento was the surprise and kicked Udinese out of the competition with a 2-1 away win after the extra time.

The third round is over and there were a few more surprises, in particular Parma and Frosinone who lost to serie C opponents at home, but also Empoli destroyed at home by Cittadella.

Sampdoria hardly played their best game but in the end managed to defeat the mighty Viterbese and go through to the 4th round.

How the heck do you lose to Serie C side as a Serie A team? Jesus...

I was hoping Cosenza would make a better presentation at Torino. Hopefully this isn't a sign of things to come in Serie B!

Liverani was one of my favourite players.

As for Benevento, I see them returning quickly to Serie A.

Juventus were relegated to Serie B along with their reputation.

If no other reporting existed on Trump/Russia, the fact that the FBI started a CI investigation to determine whether or not the sitting president of the US was either comprised by or an agent of Russia, it would be the biggest political story...ever.

Soros is very, very rich and funds every SJW-cause imaginable. Those are facts, not a conspiracy.

I agree with him that this was a total setup

I can understand Atalanta being annoyed/angry though. Clear penalty against Bastos not awarded when it was still 0-0.

Last season in the decisive Lazio-Inter match in Serie A, Milinkovic Savic was outjumped by Vecino which cost Lazio 4th place. In the Coppa final it was Savic who outjumped a Nerazzurro player - albeit from Atalanta not Inter - to guide Lazio to the Coppa victory. Funny how football works sometimes.

Correa's goal was very good, showed his skill.
