[BL- Matchday 13] Hamburger SV vs Borussia Dortmund

Bundesliga - matchday 13
Friday 20.11.2015 -kick off: 20:30

vs

after the international break and the incidents in Paris and the cancelled match in Hannover, we are back to Bundesliga. In any case there is a lot of security and police to be expected around the stadium and nobody cant deny that it is hard to return back to daily business.

No BVB player return with injuries, therefore we are able to field a strong line-up against HSV. Hamburg at the moment is able to hold the gap to the relegation spots and 11th with 15 points, but still behind the expectations. They still struggle to convince in 2-3 games in a rough which makes it hard to predict a result there.

BVB has to fire out of all cylinders and they are in shape to win this comfortably. Especially PEA and Reus will create havoc in their defence when attacking with speed.

possible line-ups:

Adler - G. Sakai, Djourou, Spahic, Ostrzolek - Jung, Kacar, Holtby - N. Müller, Gregoritsch - Lasogga

Bürki - Ginter, Sokratis, Hummels, Schmelzer - Gündogan, Weigl, Castro - H. Mkhitaryan, Aubameyang, Reus

Hamburger SV is our bogey team, somehow they always find ways to beat us regardless of the current form, but hey this is a Tuchel era so I hope that won't be the case anymore, we need to beat them up and keep up the pace with Bayern...

Or maybe Reus on the right and Mkhitaryan on the left, we are unlikely to keep a clean sheet but either way we have to outscore them.

i tend to disagree on this as i expect HSV only to look for a scoreless draw against our side. i mean they have the worst scoring record (11 goals) in this season besides Ingolstadt (7 goals). They sorely missing Aron Hunt, for me, the only really creative midfielder they have.

I was keeping in mind of how shambolic our defense can be at times, sometimes one doesn't know what to expect from them. We've seen on a few occassions where our opponents get one chance and bam! Its a goal.

I thought the penalty was harsh but the common opinion seems to be it was given correctly.

It is indeed weird considering how bad Hamburg has been in the last years (this one half way excluded) consistantly.

I knew Hamburg was gonna give us problems but I didn't think they were gonna put us the sword

Holy shit. Didnt expect us to lose this one, especially against a team that is nearly no offensive thread at all. Now, we can only hope Bayern slips in the Schalke Arena, otherwise the champion could already be crowned

Hummels errors are really costing us now, any player can make mistakes now and then but if its match after match its really unacceptable as its the case with our captain lately, the fact that he's our leader just makes matters worse, he is supposed to lead us by an example. I feel bad because Tuchel doesn't rate Subotic highly or else Hummels is supposed to be dropped a bit
