Eirik Bakke

Bakke is finally back from his injury, and will play for Brann 2 against Varegg today. It's his first match in ages, so don't have too big expectations, but will be nice to see him play footy again. Maybe he can start fighting for a position in the central midfield by the end of may if we're lucky.

Started out as a CB but was moved up at CM in the second half. He has made good progress lately, hopefully he'll be able to challenge Andresen for a starting position soon, our Captain needs some serious competition.

He sure does, he's been lousy this season. Only PVM that's been worse really.

Bakke can probably easily replace him in the midfield in time, but we lack a real leader in the team without Andresen. Hanstveit isn't exactly an authority on the pitch.

Anyways, nice to see Bakke back. He'll be very important if Andresen keeps playing this bad or we get any injuries in the team. And he can probably also play quite well on the right wing as long as our midfielders seek in to allow the backs to come forward anyways.
